Some notable points of Resolution 68/NQ-CP are detailed as follows:
1. Covid-19 Relief - Policy to reduce contributions to occupational accident and disease insurance.
Appropriate for: The employer subject to occupational accident and disease insurance scheme. (excluding officials, civil servants, public employees, members of the people's armed forces, and workers in Party and State agencies, administrative agencies, and public service units who receive salaries from the state budget).
Level of support: Laborers applicable contribution rate equal to 0% of the wage fund used as the basis for social insurance contributions.
Time: from July 1, 2021 to Het date 30 month 6 year 2022.
Employers are providing full support to employees to help them cope with the COVID-19 pandemic by reducing their contributions to the Occupational Accident and Disease Insurance Fund.
2. Policy on temporarily suspending contributions to the pension and death benefit fund.
Appropriate for: The employer has paid all social insurance contributions. or are temporarily suspending contributions to the Pension and Death Benefit Fund come Het April 2021, which was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a reduction from 1.5Percentage of workers participating in social insurance or higher compared to April 2021 (including workers who have stopped working, temporarily suspended their labor contracts, or agreed to take unpaid leave).

5. Policies to support workers who stop working.
