Decree 141/2026/ND-CP, issued by the Government, amends and supplements Decree 68/2026/ND-CP on tax policies for business households and individuals. It applies to business households and individuals engaged in production and business activities, tax authorities, and relevant state management agencies. The Decree focuses on adjusting the taxable revenue threshold, tax calculation methods, and declaration procedures to reduce the burden of legal compliance for citizens. A notable change in administrative procedure reform is the new regulation requiring the submission of business location notifications by business households to be sent directly to the tax authority instead of through the previous receiving points, aiming to unify management. Furthermore, the document also refines tax management mechanisms for individual businesses operating on digital platforms and e-commerce, ensuring transparency, fairness, and consistency with the current legal system.
