On December 4, 2017, the Minister of Finance issued Decision No. 2497/QD-BTC approving the Project on Preventing and Combating Violations of the Law and Coordinating Crime Prevention in the fields of finance, securities, export and import of goods; transfer pricing and tax evasion by enterprises.
The objective of this Project is to implement the National Strategy for Crime Prevention and Control for the period 2016-2025 and orientation to 2030 (issued under Decision No. 623/QD-TTg dated April 14, 2016 of the Prime Minister) in the Finance sector.
To create a strong shift in awareness, consciousness, and responsibility among leaders at all levels and all officials, civil servants, businesses, and citizens regarding respect for and compliance with the law, thereby contributing to building a secure, safe, orderly, civilized, disciplined, and friendly society.
