Work tirelessly with the Pomodoro method.

For those of you who work in offices, by the end of the day, your mind starts to feel saturated, your eyes are tired, and your limbs are aching. Then you find yourself endlessly working on the same task without finishing it because you have too many distractions. This leads to fatigue, and your enjoyment of work gradually diminishes.

So, try the famous Pomodoro technique for efficient work and never feel tired of work again!

1. What is Pomodoro?

Pomodoro is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. "Pomodoro" is Italian, which translates to "tomato" in English.

With this method, your work time is divided into small 25-minute intervals, interspersed with 5- to 10-minute breaks. These "intermittent" breaks ensure you always feel refreshed when you begin the next 25 minutes.

2. The principles of Pomodoro

There are five steps to implementing the Pomodoro method:

Step 1. Choose the job you want to do.
Step 2. Set a timer, usually 25 minutes.
Step 3. Continue working until the 25 minutes are up.
Step 4. Take a 5-minute break.
Step 5. After the four breaks mentioned above, the break is longer, lasting 10 minutes.

3. How can Pomodoro be applied to office work?

You should use an electronic timer to easily track your Pomodoro sessions.

To begin, simply click here. Start25 minutes will begin, and this is the time when you must concentrate fully on your current task. After 25 minutes, press the Stop key to reward yourself with a 5-minute break. After 5 minutes, start a new 25-minute period. After 4 such 5-minute breaks, you will get a longer break of 10 minutes.

Repeat this cycle from the beginning to the end of your workday. You'll find yourself accomplishing more without feeling bored or tired.
