According to Resolution 68/NQ-CP dated July 1, 2021, employers are allowed to contribute 0% of the wage fund used as the basis for social insurance contributions to the occupational accident and disease insurance fund for 12 months, from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.

For businesses operating in industries with a high risk of occupational accidents and diseases, if they meet the conditions, submit a written request, and receive approval from the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the business (or employer) is allowed to contribute to the occupational accident and disease fund at a lower rate of (0.3%).
