Business suspension period
Compared to before, from July 23, 2026The period of temporary business suspension is stipulated as follows:
Suspension period of each notification It must not exceed 12 months.
Total suspension time consecutive business It must not exceed 24 months.
It can be seen that, from July 23, 2026, businesses are only allowed to temporarily suspend operations for a maximum of 24 consecutive months.

To ensure compliance with the new regulations, businesses need to proactively take the following steps:
- Review the period of business suspension that has been notified to the competent authority. to determine whether the total consecutive period of business suspension has exceeded 24 months.

Business case have suspended business operations for a continuous period of 24 months or more.Therefore, it is necessary to proactively consider and weigh options that are appropriate to the actual situation, such as:

- ▪️Proceed with dissolution if there is no longer a need to continue operations.
