1. Authority to issue Work Permits |
• Issued by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (LĐ-TB&XH) at the local level; • The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs grants this in special cases. |

In cases where the request to employ foreign workers is not approved or a work permit is not granted to a foreign worker, a written response stating the reasons must be provided within 03 working days from the date of receiving all necessary documents.
