AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS CURRENCY NO. 09/2013/TT-BTTTT April 08, 4 OF THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION ISSUES A LIST OF SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE AND ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS
Pursuant to the June 29, 6 Law on Information Technology:
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 71/2007/ND-CP dated May 03, 5 detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Information Technology on the information technology industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 02 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
At the request of the Director of the Information Technology Department,
The Minister of Information and Communications promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 09/2013/TT-BTTTT dated April 08, 4 of the Minister of Information and Communications promulgating the List of software products and hardware, electronics.
Article 1. Amending and supplementing Circular No. 09/2013/TT-BTTTT dated April 08, 4 of the Minister of Information and Communications promulgating the List of software, hardware and electronic products as follows:
1. Replace Appendix No. 01 List of software products in Circular No. 09/2013/TT-BTTTT dated April 08, 4 of the Minister of Information and Communications with Appendix 2013 List of software products promulgated together with this Circular.
Article 2. Effect and transitional provisions
1. This Circular takes effect from August 02, 02.
2. Software products that have been identified on the List of software products before the effective date of this Circular shall continue to be applied according to the purposes of the List in Circular No. 09/2013/TT- BTTTT dated April 08, 4 of the Minister of Information and Communications.
Article 3. Responsible for implementing
1. Chief of Office, Director of Information Technology Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Directors of Departments of Information and Communications of provinces and centrally run cities and enterprises Relevant enterprises, organizations and individuals are responsible for the implementation of this Circular.
2. In the course of implementation, if any problems arise, organizations and individuals are requested to report them to the Ministry of Information and Communications for appropriate additions and amendments./.
