Regarding support for businesses currently using CKCA digital certificates to switch to VNPT-CA as their CKCA digital certificates are about to expire.
On November 3, 2016, the General Department of Taxation received Official Letter No. 330/NEAC-DVGDĐT dated October 31, 2016, from the National Electronic Authentication Center - Ministry of Information and Communications regarding the imminent expiration of CKCA's digital certificate (hereinafter referred to as CKCA). According to the content of the letter, the General Department of Taxation announces:
– CKCA's digital certificate will expire on November 11, 2016.
– VNPT Telecommunications Services Corporation (VNPT VinaPhone) is the entity responsible for receiving and converting all existing CKCA customers to use VNPT-CA digital signatures according to VNPT-CA's policy, while ensuring the validity period of the digital signatures previously signed with CKCA remains intact and is still in effect.
– Taxpayers using CKCA digital signatures should contact the VNPT VinaPhone Telecommunications Service Corporation contact point and the CKCA contact point for support, or call one of the following phone numbers.

- Phone number at CKCA: 04.37955888/04.37955999.
The General Department of Taxation hereby informs taxpayers currently using CKCA digital signatures to contact the relevant authorities to make the switch, ensuring uninterrupted and timely electronic tax declaration and payment.
