Job description
1. Conduct market research.
- Gather information about the market, competitors, and customers for assigned campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams to brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns aimed at improving customer experience and business performance.
- Other market research-related activities as assigned by superiors.
2. Coordinate the management of social media platforms: Website, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the company's social media posts by writing, editing, and posting content on the platforms according to plan.
- Propose creative content to promote and enhance the effectiveness of advertising and communication activities.
- Collect and analyze user data and insights across social media platforms to achieve optimal results.
3. Support other related tasks concerning Sales and Marketing activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Requirement
1. Individual
- Polite communication, dynamic demeanor;

- They are self-motivated, eager to learn, and innovative in their work.
2. Expertise
- Currently in their 3rd or 4th year of study at a college or university, majoring in Marketing or Business Administration, and able to read and understand English documents.
- Possesses basic knowledge of Business and Marketing;
- Knowing how to use supporting design tools such as Canva, Photoshop/AI is an advantage;
- Must be able to work a minimum of 5 sessions per week.
3. Skill

- Skills in explaining and presenting issues clearly and understandably;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Teamwork skills to achieve common goals.
