Job description
- Participate in audit planning and related work; ensure that tasks are completed on time;
- Prepare timely reports providing information to the Board of Directors and other matters as required by the Company;
- Participate in developing work processes that align with the objectives of the Audit Department and the Company;
- Perform tasks assigned by superiors;
- Review and finalize audit files and reports in accordance with regulations;
- Complete the collection and archiving of audit records;
- Providing client support and advice on issues related to accounting policies, finance, tax policies, and relevant legal documents;
- Maintain good relationships with customers;
- Manage the audit team to achieve the goals and tasks set by the Board of Directors;
- Responsible for building a dynamic and effective work environment and culture;
- Other matters will be handled as they arise within the Audit Department.

2. Professional requirements
- Graduated with a major in: Accounting and Auditing;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of auditing;
- Mastering legal documents related to auditing, accounting, finance, taxation, etc.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently pursuing CPAVN/ CPA Australia / ACCA / CFAB – ACA (ICAEW) certifications.
3. Skill requirements
- Work management;
- Assigning and supervising the audit team and the quality of the audit;
- Skills in explaining and presenting issues clearly and understandably;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for clients;
- Proficiency in English is an advantage;
- Proficient in office computer skills.
