Job description
- Managing customer relationships – in English, providing language support, tracking contracts, and projects with English elements.
- Primarily responsible for managing communication with clients.
- Receive customers from the Sales department to continue providing customer care, monitoring, support, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services.
- Providing translation support for documents, contracts, emails, etc.
- Interpreting for meetings, seminars, and client encounters.
- Provide regular reports on customer-related activities, customer service status, and any issues that may arise.
Requirement

2. Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the following majors: English Language, English Translation, Accounting, Business, etc., and ability to communicate, read, and understand English.
- Must have at least one year of experience.
