According to Article 4 of Circular No. 96 of 2015 issued by the Ministry of Finance, the portion of expenses for employee uniforms provided by enterprises is deductible as follows:
If the payment is in cash, the maximum amount shall not exceed five million VND per person per year; if the payment is in kind, it shall be based on actual expenses and must be supported by invoices and receipts.
