On May 17, 2017, the Prime Minister issued Directive No. 20/QD-TTg on rectifying inspection and examination activities for businesses.
Accordingly, when developing and approving annual inspection improvement plans, the aim is to avoid situations where an enterprise is inspected or audited more than once a year. In cases where inspection plans overlap or duplicate state audit activities, proactive communication and coordination with the State Audit Office and the Government Inspectorate are necessary to agree on a solution in accordance with current regulations, ensuring the continuity of inspection and audit results and avoiding disruption to the normal operations of the enterprise.
In cases of unscheduled inspections or audits due to suspected violations of the law, inspection or audit decisions shall only be issued when there are clear signs of violations;
Do not expand the scope of inspections and audits beyond the content of the unscheduled inspection or audit decision;
